Looks Men Saloon

Looks Men Saloon is located right in Lal Kua, Ghaziabad. We are very close to the SBI ATM, which is what I tell everyone when they ask for directions. This part of Ghaziabad is always loud and full of people moving around. The shop is at 201001, and it is a straightforward place for men to get sorted out. We have the traditional barber chairs that lean back and the large mirrors that cover almost the whole wall. I spend a lot of my time just standing on my feet, working through the day. The floor gets covered in hair pretty quickly, so I am always reaching for the broom. It is not a place with fancy decorations or expensive art. We just have the basic tools and a couple of fans to keep the air moving when it gets humid. Sometimes the ATM next door has a long line, and people peek into our window while they wait. We get all sorts of people coming in, from office workers to guys who live just down the street. It is a simple life here. I open up early, sweep the front step, and wait for the first customer. Ghaziabad is a tough place sometimes, but inside the shop, it’s just about the work. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just do the job and talk about the cricket or the weather with whoever is in the chair.
