Anand Allied Industries

Our workshop is located at B-87 in Sector 10. It’s a pretty straightforward industrial setup where we get a lot of hands-on work done. We’ve been in this spot for years and the neighbors all know the sound of our machines. It’s a lot of metal and parts and making sure things are built right. We don’t have a fancy front desk or anything like that because we spend most of our time in the back working. The floor is usually covered in scraps and the air smells like oil and metal, which is just how an industry shop should be. We have a small group of workers who have been with us through thick and thin. Most days involve looking at drawings and then trying to make the parts match up. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend half the morning fixing them before we can even start the real work. It’s a lot of physical labor and staying focused on the details. We like being in Sector 10 because it’s a hub for this kind of work. People know they can just drop by and talk to us directly about what they need. We don’t do a lot of talking; we just prefer to let the finished items speak for themselves. It’s a simple life but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. We usually have the radio playing and just get through the pile of orders.
