We are located over at Flat No. H 318 A in Sector 12, Pratap Vihar. It’s more of a home-base for our electrical work than a big store. We keep all our tools and supplies tucked away in the back rooms. Usually, someone is around to answer the phone or sort through the inventory. We’ve got wires, fuses, and all those bits and pieces scattered around. It’s not the neatest place you’ll ever see, but we know where everything is. The neighbors in Pratap Vihar are used to seeing us hauling ladders and toolboxes to the van. It’s a busy life. We don’t have a fancy showroom with lights and displays. We just have what’s necessary to get the jobs finished. Some days are longer than others, especially when a lot of calls come in at once. We handle it one thing at a time. The workspace is a bit cramped but it works for us. We’ve been in this flat for quite some time now. It’s convenient for getting around the local area. You might hear the sound of testing equipment if you walk by. We don't put on an act here. We're just regular people doing a job. The kettle is almost always on. It's just a small operation running out of a residential block, keeping things simple and direct. We don't have any uniform or corporate badges, just our everyday clothes and our gear.
