Kurukshetra Fashion is tucked away on Pipli Road, right behind the 9th Planet Hotel in Mohan Nagar. If you find the hotel, you are basically there. It is an interesting spot because Pipli Road is always busy with traffic and people going somewhere. We are a bit set back from the main noise, though. Our building is XVG6 C7R, which sounds complicated but it is just where we work. Inside, it is all about clothes. We have racks and racks of different styles. Some days the place is a total mess with fabric swatches and measuring tapes everywhere. We do not mind it. It shows we are actually doing something. The team here is mostly local people from around Mohan Nagar. We have known each other for a long time. There is no corporate ladder here. Everyone just helps out where they can. If someone is busy, another person jumps in. We do not have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. You just walk in and you will likely see someone sewing or packing boxes. We like the honesty of the work. Fashion can be a lot of things, but for us, it is just our daily job. We have been on Pipli Road for a while and we have seen the area change, but we just keep doing our thing behind the hotel.
