Kamil Beauty Parlour

We are located right on Railway Road in Modinagar. If you know where the police station is, Kamil Beauty Parlour is just opposite that. It is not hard to find if you are in the area. The road gets pretty loud with all the traffic coming through, but that is just how life is here in Meerut. Most days start early for us. We sweep the floor, wipe down the chairs, and get the towels ready. It is a simple setup. We do a lot of basic stuff like threading, waxing, and hair cutting. A lot of young girls from the nearby colleges come in during the afternoons. They usually want something trendy or just a quick touch-up. It gets really busy during the wedding season, of course. Everyone wants to look okay for the functions. Sometimes it feels like we are standing on our feet for ten hours straight without much of a break. But it is alright because the work keeps us occupied. My hands are usually busy with scissors or some cream most of the time. We are not a big chain or anything, just a local shop trying to do honest work for the people living around Modinagar. The shop has its old charm, maybe some paint is peeling here or there, but it is clean and we do our best. People like that they can just walk in without making a big fuss about appointments most of the time.
