J.S.R. Cell Point

We are located right at Dasna Gate, shop number 42/A. It’s a small spot but it stays busy because of the location. Most of what we do at J.S.R. Cell Point is fixing phones that people have dropped or spilled water on. There is always a pile of screens and small screws on the workbench. It’s a lot of sitting and looking through a magnifying glass. People also come in for quick recharges or to buy a cheap pair of earphones because they lost their old ones. The traffic outside is always making noise, so we have to speak up when talking to customers. I’ve been working with mobiles for years now and I’ve seen them change from those old heavy buttons to these big glass screens that break so easily. Sometimes we can’t fix a phone because the parts aren't available, and I just have to tell the customer the truth. We don't sell the most expensive brands here, mostly stuff that people around here can actually afford. The shop is a bit messy with cables and boxes, but I know where everything is. It’s just me and my brother usually. We take turns going for lunch while the other one watches the counter. It’s a basic life, but we like being part of the market here. Everyone knows us as the guys who can try and save a dead battery.
