Jagdamba Cranes

We run Jagdamba Cranes out of House No F 118/A in Dilshad Colony. It is mostly a residential area, so we have to be careful with the noise when we are starting up. We started this as a small family operation. We have the cranes parked in a lot nearby and we handle all sorts of lifting jobs around Dilshad Garden and the surrounding neighborhoods. It is not a corporate setup at all. Usually, it is me answering the phone and my cousins or brothers out with the machines. We have been doing this for several years now. We know the roads around here very well, which helps a lot when we have to move the big equipment through tight spots. It is not always easy work, especially when the weather is bad or a construction site is very cramped. But we have learned how to manage those difficult situations over the years. We do not go in for big advertisements or billboards. We mostly rely on the fact that people see our cranes working on the street and ask us for a card. We keep the machines in good shape because if they break down, we do not earn any money. It is as simple as that. We treat the business like part of our home. Sometimes we sit and have tea with the customers while we figure out the best way to lift something heavy.
