J M S Tour & Travels is tucked away in Vijay Nagar Sector 12, specifically at number 1. It is a busy little corner of the world. We have been working out of this space for some time now and it really feels like home to us. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't found the time to move the heavy filing cabinets. Most days, it’s just the sound of the phone ringing and the fan overhead. We handle a lot of local travel requests. People come in looking for a way to get to the airport or maybe a long drive to see their family. It’s not a big corporate place, just a small office where we know most of the people who walk in. The tea guy nearby knows exactly how we like our drinks by now. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait a bit to confirm things, which can be frustrating. We usually have some old magazines on the table for people while they wait for their tickets. Sector 12 is a good spot because there’s always something happening nearby. We see the same faces every morning when we open up. It’s a lot of work keeping track of all the bookings, but we manage. We don’t have fancy brochures or anything, just some printed lists and our notebooks. It’s a practical way to run a business and it seems to suit the people around here just fine.
