Our office is over in Ashok Nagar, Ghaziabad. We’re at B-147, which is a fairly easy spot to find once you’re in the neighborhood. Inter Alliance Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is a small firm. We’ve been in this part of U.P. for years. The building is a bit older and shows its age, but it works for us. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We do a lot of consulting work, which means a lot of talking and a lot of writing. The street outside can get pretty loud with traffic and people going to the local shops. We’ve gotten used to it over time. We don't have a fancy website or a big sales team. Most of our work comes from word of mouth. We know the people around here, and they know us. It’s a very grounded way to work. We have a small team, and we all pitch in with everything, from answering the door to filing the papers. Sometimes the printer jams or the internet is slow, and we just deal with it. It’s not a polished corporate environment. It’s just a place where we come to work every day. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep up with the workload. Ghaziabad is a busy city, and Ashok Nagar has its own rhythm. We’re just glad to be a small part of it.
