Our office is tucked away in Indirapuram Gyan Khand Iii, specifically at Shipra Sun City 82. It is a busy part of town and there is always something going on outside our windows. We have been running the Institute Of Academic And Competitive Studies from this spot for some time. The rooms are filled with old desks and some whiteboards that have seen better days. We do not go for the polished corporate look because that is not really who we are. It is more about the work we do with the students who come through the door. Some mornings are quiet, but by the afternoon, the place starts to hum with people talking and pens scratching on paper. Finding us can be a little tricky if you are not used to the layout of Gyan Khand III, but once you see the number 82, you are there. We have a small corner for files and a kettle that is almost always running for tea or coffee. It feels more like a home than a business sometimes, which is probably why people feel comfortable here. We do not have any big speeches or slogans on the walls. It is just a practical space for studying and getting things sorted out. Shipra Sun City is a decent area and we like being part of the local community here. We just show up, do the work, and head home like everyone else.
