We are based in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, specifically in the Jaipuria Sunrise Greens society. We are in Flat H 103 at Plot 12A in Ahinsa Khand. It’s a big residential complex, so coming to work feels a lot like coming home for many of us. We have to deal with the society's security every morning, which can be a bit of a hassle if you forget your entry card, but it’s a safe and quiet spot. The office is basically a converted apartment. It gives us a living room area where we can sit and talk, and the bedrooms are where the main desks and computers are. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage to stay out of each other's way. Being in Indirapuram means we are surrounded by malls and big markets, so there is always somewhere to go after we finish for the day. For Indus Valley Partners India Pvt Ltd, this location is very much about the local team. We don't have a big reception desk or a sign in bright lights. We just have a small nameplate on the door. It’s a very low-key operation. We do our work, drink a lot of chai, and try to keep things organized. It’s quiet inside compared to the noisy streets of Ghaziabad, which is nice. We aren't trying to impress anyone; we're just here to do our jobs every day.
