Indian Aluminium & Glass

We operate Indian Aluminium & Glass out of Nyay Khand-II, plot number 2, in Indirapuram. It’s a decent-sized space, but with all the aluminium sections and glass panes, it feels smaller than it is. We’ve been here for several years now. The neighborhood has changed a lot, but we’re still doing the same thing. It’s mostly manual work, cutting and fitting things together. There isn't any air conditioning in the workshop part, so it gets pretty hot in the summer months. We just drink a lot of water and keep moving. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that hanging on the wall. We just have a list of jobs that need to be finished by Friday. Sometimes a piece of glass breaks during transport, and we have to start over, which is frustrating, but it happens. The guys who work here have been with me for a long time. We know each other's habits and how we like things done. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We wear old clothes because they’re going to get dirty anyway. People come to us because they know where we are and they know we’ll actually answer the phone. We just try to keep the business steady and avoid any unnecessary drama. It’s just a basic workshop in Indirapuram where we do our daily labor and hope the power doesn't go out.
