It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of people and houses. Our office is just a regular place where we come to work every morning. It’s not one of those huge, shiny office blocks you see in the movies. It’s just a functional space. We have our desks set up and we just get on with things. We don't really use corporate buzzwords or have big meetings about goals. We just look at what needs to be done that day and do it. The local area has everything we need, like small shops and places to eat. Sometimes the roads get a bit crowded, but that’s just life in Ghaziabad. We’re just regular people working here. We don't try to impress anyone with fancy talk or a big lobby. It’s a simple setup and it suits us just fine. We’ve stayed here because it’s a good location for our team. Most of us live nearby, so it’s easy enough to get in. We just focus on the daily grind and keeping everything running. It’s an honest way to work and we’re comfortable with how things are here. We just put in the hours and then head home to our families, same as anyone else in the area.
