Home Decoration is located at 131/3 Vasant Road in Ashok Nagar. This is a bit of a quieter part of the city, which suits us just fine. The shop is on the ground floor and has a small entrance that leads right off the sidewalk. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now. The interior is quite simple, with white walls that are starting to show their age a bit. We have our items laid out on some old wooden tables and shelves that we built ourselves. We don't have a lot of staff, usually just one or two of us are here at any given time. We spend the morning checking the inventory and the afternoon speaking with anyone who drops by. Ashok Nagar is a friendly place and we know most of our neighbors quite well. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps when things are slow. We don't have a lot of high-tech equipment; we still use a physical diary to keep track of our appointments and tasks. It’s a bit old-fashioned but it works for us. We don't really do big advertising or polished presentations. We just show what we have and tell people the truth about it. Vasant Road is a nice street to be on, especially in the evenings when the sun goes down and things quiet down even more.
