Our office is located in Dwarkadish Apartments, which is in Pocket 2 of Sector 12 in New Delhi. Specifically, we are in FF 327. It might seem a bit strange to have an office for a company like Hindustan Sanitary Ware And Industries Limited in an apartment building, but it works for us. It keeps things quiet and focused. Dwarka is a big area, and Sector 12 is a pretty convenient spot to be in for getting around the city. We don't have a showroom here with toilets and sinks on display; it is more of an administrative space where we handle the back-end stuff like billing and coordination. The apartment has been turned into a functional workspace with computers and filing cabinets everywhere. We see the same neighbors every day and the security guards know us well when we come in. It is a different vibe than being in a big industrial park or a commercial mall. We prefer it this way because it feels more like a real community. We spend our time on the phone, answering emails, and keeping track of orders and inventory. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we just take the stairs to get up to the office. It is just a normal office life in a residential setting. We show up in the morning, do our work, and leave in the evening like everyone else in the building.
