Helping Hand Academy

The Helping Hand Academy is located over in Indirapuram, specifically in Gyan Khand 4 at G 26. It’s a busy part of the neighborhood with a lot of people moving around all the time. Our space isn't huge, but it fits the desks and chairs we need for the students. You can usually hear the sound of traffic from the street outside while we are working. It’s one of those spots where there’s always something happening nearby, like a new shop opening or people heading to the market. We spend our mornings getting things ready and the afternoons are usually the busiest when everyone shows up. The walls are a bit plain, maybe we should paint them sometime, but for now, they are fine. We have a small area for books and some old fans that make a bit of noise but keep the air moving. It gets quite dusty in this part of Delhi NCR, so we are always wiping down the tables. It feels like a second home because we spend so many hours here every week. Sometimes parents come in to chat about how things are going, and we just sit on the plastic chairs and talk. It’s a very straightforward place. There are no big logos or flashing lights outside. Just a small board so people know they’ve found the right door in Gyan Khand. We try to keep things organized but it often gets messy with papers and pens everywhere by the end of the evening.
