We are located on the second floor of Plot No 198 over in Sector 6 of Vaishali. Ghaziabad is always moving fast, but our little floor stays pretty grounded. You have to walk up the stairs since it's only the second level. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here. Nothing flashy at all. I spend my day mostly dealing with the accounts and talking to the people who stop by from the nearby blocks. It’s a very practical environment. We have our desks, our computers, and a lot of folders. The lighting is just standard office lights and the windows look out over the street. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that writing our stuff. We just do the banking work. Sometimes it's quiet and other times everyone shows up at once. That's just how it goes in Sector 6. We try to keep the paperwork organized, but sometimes the piles get a little high. It’s a human place. We make mistakes sometimes, but we always fix them. People appreciate that we are just normal folks working in their neighborhood. No corporate suits or scripted greetings here. Just a small team in a brick building doing what needs to be done. It’s been this way for a while now and it seems to work out for everyone involved. We just take it one day at a time here. That is all.
