Exotica Housing Infrastructures Co

I’ve been working out of N 35 in the Shalimar Housing Complex for a few years now. It’s right here in Shalimar Garden, Sahibabad, which is a busy part of Ghaziabad. Being located inside a housing complex actually makes sense for what we do at Exotica Housing Infrastructures Co. We see what people need in their homes every day just by walking out the door. It’s not some high-rise office building. It’s more like a regular house that we’ve turned into a workspace. There are always people coming and going, neighbors mostly, or folks looking for help with their own places. My desk is right by the window so I can see the kids playing outside while I'm on the phone. We handle a lot of the small details that go into keeping buildings running or getting new parts of the complex ready. It gets pretty hectic on Mondays when everyone seems to have something they need. I try to keep a list but it usually ends up on several different scraps of paper. We have a tea guy who comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a break from the paperwork. It’s a local operation, and we know most of the people around here by name. It’s just how we’ve always done it, without much fuss. The traffic on the main road can be a bit much, but inside the complex, it stays relatively calm and productive.
