Exl Service

Our place is in B 402 Jansatta Apartments, over in Sector 9 Vasundhara. It’s a residential area, so it’s actually quite quiet compared to the main roads. We set up Exl Service here because it was convenient for everyone. We have turned one of the rooms into a proper workspace with computers and files everywhere. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which I think is better anyway. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just ring the bell and someone lets you in. Ghaziabad has changed a lot, but this part of Vasundhara still feels like a neighborhood. We spend most of our time on the phones or typing away. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat. We keep things pretty informal. There’s a kitchen where we make lunch, and usually, someone brings snacks to share. It’s not a big operation, just a few of us making sure everything gets finished on time. We don't use fancy titles or anything like that. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. If you’re looking for the address, it’s GH 1, easy to find if you know the landmark. We’ve been here for a bit and we like the space. It works for what we need. No big fuss, just a decent place to work every day. We aren't doing anything fancy, just our regular jobs.
