Exl Service

We’ve been at Iii H 83 Nehru Nagar for a while now. Ghaziabad is busy, and we are right in the middle of it. Most days it’s just us handling whatever comes through the door. It’s not fancy here. We have a couple of desks and some old chairs. People usually find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. We do things for Exl Service, mostly just keeping things moving day to day. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we manage. It’s a regular workplace. We don't have a big sign or anything. You just come to the Nehru Nagar address and we’re there. Most of the staff live close by, so we walk or take a rickshaw to work. We try to get the work done without making a big deal out of it. There’s always noise from the street, but you get used to it after a week or two. We drink a lot of tea while we work. It’s just how we do things. If you need to drop something off, just come by in the morning. We usually stay late if there is a lot to do, but we like to go home on time when we can. It’s a simple setup, nothing like those big glass buildings you see in the city. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to be helpful when people ask us things.
