We are situated in Indirapuram at Srb 126 C, inside the Shipra Riviera complex. It’s a bit of a different feel being inside a residential society. You have to go through the main gate, and sometimes the guards are a bit strict about visitors, but it makes the place feel safe. Our office is basically a converted space that feels a lot like a home. It’s got windows that look out over the common areas where you can see kids playing or people walking their dogs in the evening. It’s not your typical commercial building. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own lunch and tea. The rooms are a bit small, so we are all pretty close to each other while we work. It’s a very relaxed environment. We don't have a dress code or anything like that. We just show up and start on the day's projects. The walls are mostly bare, except for a few calendars and maybe a stray note taped up here and there. It can get a bit noisy when the neighbors are home, but we don't mind. It feels much more personal than being in a giant office park. Ghaziabad has its own pace, and we’ve settled into it quite well. It’s a simple, straightforward place where we can just focus on our work without many distractions.
