Our office is at SKF 117 in Shipra Krishna Vista, Ghaziabad. It is a bit of a trek to get here if the traffic is bad, which it usually is around this part of town. The office itself is quite small, just enough room for a couple of desks and some chairs for when people stop by to talk about property. We have maps pinned to the walls and folders full of site plans that we’ve been looking at for years. It’s not a high-end place with glass walls or anything fancy. At EARTHSTONE REALTY PRIVATE LIMITED, we mostly just spend our time talking to folks about land and where things are being built. There is always a lot of paperwork with real estate, and sometimes it feels like we are drowning in forms and stamps. We drink a lot of water because it gets stuffy in here during the afternoons. It is just a few of us trying to make the business work. We don't use big words or try to act like we are something we're not. We just know the local area pretty well and can tell you which plots are okay and which ones have issues. It’s honest work, even if it’s slow sometimes. People come in with a lot of questions, and we just try to give them the facts as we know them. That’s pretty much the whole story of what we do here in this small room.
