Divya Interior

We are located at B 111 in Vaishali. If you come by Divya Interior, do not expect a polished showroom with perfect lighting. Our space is usually a bit of a mess with fabric swatches, wood samples, and catalogs scattered everywhere. We have a large table in the middle where we spread out drawings and try to figure out how things will fit together. The floor is covered in bits of thread and sawdust most of the time. We have an old sofa in the corner where we sit when we are tired of standing, though it is usually buried under a pile of cushions we are testing out. The walls are covered in tape marks from where we have stuck up pictures and then moved them again. It is a working office, not a gallery. We get a lot of natural light through the front door, which helps when we are trying to match colors. The air usually smells like fresh glue or cut wood. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers, trying to track down where a certain hinge or tile has gone. Our neighbors in Vaishali are friendly enough, and we often find ourselves chatting with the shopkeeper next door during our afternoon break. It is a busy, cluttered, and honest place to work. We do not have everything figured out perfectly, but we stay busy and the coffee is always strong enough.
