Development Alternatives Of India Society New Delhi

Our office is at 101 Shivalik Tower in Kaushambi, which is part of Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh. We are the Development Alternatives Of India Society and this is where we manage our daily operations. The building is right near the border of New Delhi, so we get a lot of the city’s energy without being right in the middle of the madness. Shivalik Tower is a busy place with many different offices, and we have been on the first floor for quite some time. It is a standard office setup with several desks and a small area for meetings. We don't have any expensive art on the walls or a fancy coffee machine. We mostly just have piles of reports and a lot of computers. The traffic in Kaushambi can be quite bad in the mornings and evenings, so we try to plan our days around that. We are a small team and we work closely together on all our projects. It is a very collaborative environment and we don't have a lot of hierarchy. If something needs to be done, someone just does it. We drink a lot of chai and spend a lot of time talking through our plans. We aren't looking to be the biggest organization, we just want to do our work properly and stay organized. This office in Ghaziabad is our home base and it suits us just fine.
