Our academy is located at III-M-45C in Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you know the area well. We’ve been here for a while now, focusing on teaching students who need a bit of extra help with their schoolwork. The space inside is simple, with enough room for a few groups to sit and study without bumping into each other. We don't have any big, shiny signs or a receptionist in a suit. It’s usually just one of us greeting people when they walk through the door. The furniture is a bit older, but it’s comfortable enough for an hour or two of learning. We like being in Nehru Nagar because it feels like a real community. You see the same faces every day at the tea stall nearby. We started this because we knew the local schools were crowded and kids needed a place to ask questions. It’s not a complicated business model. We just open the doors, turn on the fans, and get to work. Sometimes we stay late when exams are coming up, and the coffee runs out, but that’s just how it goes. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help some local kids get their heads around their math or science problems. It is just a straightforward place for learning without any of the extra fuss you see at big centers.
