Control Solutions International

This branch of Control Solutions International is located at House No 139, Sector 4 in Rajnagar, Ghaziabad. We share the space at Sumit Pal’s place, which gives it a much more personal feel than a typical office building. It’s a quiet residential sector, so it’s a nice change of pace from the hectic city center. We spend our time here working through various business solutions and keeping track of our client projects. Since we’re in a house, it’s a very relaxed atmosphere. We don’t wear suits or follow strict corporate rules. We just sit down, have some tea, and get to work. Most of the people we work with appreciate that we’re easy to talk to. We don't hide behind fancy titles or complicated processes. If someone has a problem, we look at it together and figure out a way forward. Ghaziabad is a growing place, and being in Rajnagar puts us in a good position to help local folks and businesses nearby. We aren't trying to conquer the world; we just want to do a good job for the people who hire us. The house is a bit full with all our equipment and paperwork, but it’s homey. We like the balance of being professional without being stuffy. It feels more like a small family business than anything else, which is exactly how we like it. We have been in UP 201001 for several years now and it really feels like home.
