Colt

We’ve been working out of Krishna Apartments in Sahibabad for a while now. It’s over in Radheysham Park, specifically at S 1 116. If you know the area, you know it gets quite busy around here during the morning rush. The building itself is just a regular spot, nothing fancy, but it serves us well enough for what we do at Colt. Most days, you’ll find us sitting around the desks trying to get through the pile of work that keeps coming in. It’s not the kind of place where people wear suits every day, to be honest. We prefer to keep things simple and just focus on the tasks we have in front of us. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, which is just how it is in this part of Ghaziabad, so we just take a tea break and wait it out. There are a few of us here, and we’ve grown used to the sounds of the street below. We don’t really go in for those big corporate meetings or long speeches. Instead, we just talk to each other across the room when something needs fixing. It’s a practical way to run things, and it keeps everyone on the same page. People often ask what exactly happens inside S 1 116, and usually, we just say we’re busy with the day’s work. It’s a local operation, through and through, and we like being part of the neighborhood here.
