Charan Singh Tyagi

Living and working in Hapur, specifically around the Dhanora area, has a much different pace than the bigger cities. My name is Charan Singh Tyagi and I have been around this area for a long time. People know me and I know most of them too. My place here is simple and we don't go in for anything too flashy or modern. We just handle things as they come. Whether it is dealing with local matters or just keeping the daily business running, it is all about being consistent. The roads around Dhanora can be a bit dusty depending on the season, and the weather really dictates how much we get done in a day. In the summer, we start very early to beat the heat, and in the winter, things slow down a bit when the fog rolls in. I spend a lot of time talking to neighbors and people passing through. There isn't a big staff here, just me and a couple of others who help out with the day-to-day tasks. We don't have a big corporate sign or anything like that. People usually find us by word of mouth or because they have been coming here for years. It is a quiet life for the most part, but there is always something that needs fixing or someone who needs a bit of help with their paperwork. We just try to stay useful and keep things moving along in our own way. It keeps us occupied and connected to the community here.
