The name on the door says Bvi Jr Practice Pvt Ltdnoida, but we are actually based over in Ghaziabad. Our address is 2 347 Chiranjeev Vihar. It is a bit of a trip if you are coming from Noida, but we have made this our home base for the company. The space is simple and functional. We work on HR-related tasks, mostly helping out with staffing and administration for small to medium businesses. Chiranjeev Vihar is a bit more laid back than the center of Ghaziabad, which we all appreciate. The office itself is nothing special to look at—just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. We are not big on decorations or fancy furniture. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so it is a local affair. We spend a lot of time on the phone, as you can imagine with HR work. There is a lot of coordination involved between what the client wants and what the candidate can actually do. Sometimes things get a bit messy with schedules changing at the last minute, but we manage to handle it. We are not a massive firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of us trying to do a decent job every day. People in the neighborhood know us as the HR folks in block 2. We do not use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people find work and help companies find staff. It keeps us busy.
