If you’ve spent any time in Indirapuram, you know it’s a lively place with people always on the move. Our space is located in Shakti Khand, and it’s where we handle all our daily operations. It’s not a huge, sprawling campus, just a sensible office where we can focus. The desks are crowded with monitors and keyboards, and there is always a pot of tea going somewhere. We’ve been in this part of Ghaziabad for a while, so we’re used to the local pace. The commute can be a bit of a struggle sometimes with the traffic on the main roads, but once we’re inside at 4 294, things settle down. We have a mix of staff, some who have been here since the start and others who are newer. Everyone just pitches in where they are needed. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don’t have layers of management or complicated rules. We just communicate directly and solve things as they come up. The office feels lived-in, which we think is a good thing.
