We are located up on the 10th floor of the Galleria Shopping Complex in DLF City Phase III, office number 1127. Being in a big place like Galleria means there is always something going on around us. Even though we are way up on the 10th floor, we still get plenty of people coming in for help with their telecom needs. We deal with phones, connections, and all the little issues that come with modern technology. The view from the office is okay, but we spend most of our time looking at computer screens or mobile devices. It’s a bit quieter up here than it is on the ground floor of the mall, which is nice when we need to concentrate on a tricky repair. We keep a few chairs for people to sit while they wait, but it’s not a big lounge. It’s just a practical workspace. Sometimes the lift takes forever to arrive, and we hear people complaining about that when they finally get to us. We’ve been in this building for some time now and we know the other shop owners on this floor. We aren't a massive corporate store. We’re just a small team trying to keep up with all the new phone models that come out every few months. It's a lot of learning and a lot of patience, especially when the network is acting up. We just take it day by day.
