B Green

Shop No. 7 is where you will find us every day of the week. It is a small place but we have managed to fit everything we need inside the four walls. We started B Green because we wanted to have a spot where people could find simple things for their homes or gardens. The shop is located in a row of other small businesses and we all know each other pretty well. You might find some dust on the shelves if it has been a windy day but we try to keep the place looking decent. There is no big sign out front just the number 7 on the door and some of our items displayed near the entrance. Most of our customers are folks who live nearby and just drop in while they are out doing their regular shopping. We don't have a lot of storage space so we only keep what is necessary on hand. The floor is made of plain cement and the lighting is just a few basic tubes but it feels comfortable enough for us. Sometimes the cat from next door comes in to sit in the shade for a while. We spend our time tidying up the displays and talking to whoever walks through the door. It is a quiet way to earn a living and we like the slow pace of being in a small shop where we can see everything that is going on.
