Aditya Birla Group

We are located at 215 Gaur Galaxy in Sector 5, over in Vaishali, Ghaziabad. It's a bit of a different setting for an Aditya Birla Group location because it's right in a residential-style complex. It makes the commute easy for some of us, but it also means we are right in the middle of where people live their daily lives. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. We’ve got our office space set up here, and it’s basically just rooms filled with files and computers. It’s not one of those glass buildings you see in the movies. We like it this way because it feels grounded. Vaishali is a busy spot, especially with the metro nearby and all the traffic coming from Delhi. Our daily routine is pretty standard. We get in, have some tea, and start looking at the tasks for the day. There’s always something to organize or a phone call to make. We don’t really have a big sign outside or anything like that. It’s more of a quiet operation. Most people walking by probably wouldn’t even know what we’re doing inside. We keep to ourselves and focus on the work. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of supplies delivered, but we find space. It’s just a practical way to run things in Ghaziabad without all the extra fluff of a corporate center.
