We are over at number 37 on Railway Road in the Ramganj area of Hapur. It’s a very central spot, so we are right in the thick of things. The morning starts early here because the market wakes up as soon as the sun is up. Our space is lived-in and has a very traditional feel to it. We have some wooden desks and a couple of benches for people to wait on. It’s not the most modern office you will ever see, but it serves its purpose well. Working in Hapur means you get to know everyone on the street. We often spend our mornings catching up on what’s happening in town before we dive into the actual work. The files are stacked up on the shelves, and we know exactly where everything is, even if it looks messy to an outsider. We don't bother with fancy titles or complicated procedures. We just listen to what people need and try to help them out as best as we can. Sometimes the street gets so loud with the traffic and the station noise that we have to close the front door, but usually, it’s open to let the breeze in. It is just a regular, honest place where we work hard and look forward to the evening. We don't need any big mission statements to tell people who we are; they can just see our work.
