Aryas Krishi Udyog

Aryas Krishi Udyog is located out in the village of Muradpur-Nizamsar in Ghaziabad. To get to us, you have to drive down some narrow roads that can get very muddy when it rains. We are right in the heart of the village area. It is very different from the city life. You can hear the sounds of animals and farm machinery all day long. Our office is a basic room that we use for managing the agricultural business. We have a few benches for visitors to sit on. Farmers often drop by to talk about their crops and the weather. We don't use much fancy technology here. A lot of our work is done through face-to-face conversations. The air is much fresher out here, though it does get very dusty during the harvest season. We have a small courtyard where we keep some of our equipment. It is a family-run thing and we have been in this village for generations. We don't have a big staff or a human resources department. If there is a problem, we just sit down and talk it out. In the winter, we keep a small fire going outside to stay warm during the breaks. It is an honest and simple way to live and work. We are proud of being part of this community. We just take things one day at a time.
