Sagarpur is a busy place, and Palam Road always has something going on. My spot is at Rz 11 91, which isn't the easiest address to find if you are new to the area. There is always dust from the road and the sound of horns, but you get used to it after a week or two. I spend most of my time here at the desk, surrounded by stacks of papers and folders that seem to grow on their own. The room is small, and I have to move my chair carefully so I don’t hit the filing cabinet behind me. I started out here a few years ago and haven't felt the need to move. It’s convenient for getting things done without too much fuss. I see a lot of the same faces walking past every day. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so I just sit by the door where there is a bit more light until it comes back on. I don’t use any fancy systems or software that I don’t understand. I just write things down in my ledger and keep track of work the old-fashioned way. It might seem a bit slow to some people, but it works for me and I haven’t lost a record yet. The tea shop next door is where I usually take my breaks. It is a noisy, messy, but very real place to work every single day.
