We are located in the Suntower at Shipra Suncity, which is in the Indirapuram area of Ghaziabad. Our unit is Std 106. It’s a busy building with a lot of other offices and people moving around all day. Being in a place like Shipra Suncity means there is always a lot going on right outside. We focus on property work, which usually involves a lot of back-and-forth between different sites and the office. It isn’t always the most organized environment, especially when we have a lot of projects happening at once. The office itself is functional. We have the usual stuff like computers and printers that occasionally act up when we are in a hurry. Getting to Indirapuram can be a bit of a trek depending on the traffic, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been here for a while and have seen how much Ghaziabad has grown. Our work keeps us busy, often late into the evening. Sometimes the elevators in Suntower are a bit slow, but that gives us a minute to catch our breath. We handle the daily tasks of managing property without much fuss. It is just a regular office where we try to stay on top of things. No one here wears a suit unless they absolutely have to. We prefer to keep things casual and just get the job done. It is 201010 for anyone sending us anything by post.
