We've been here in Raj Nagar for a while now, right at R 2 143. It's a busy part of Ghaziabad, and our office reflects that energy every single day. Most mornings start with the sound of heavy traffic outside while we get the computers running and check the morning mail. It isn't a fancy setup by any means, just some sturdy desks and chairs where we handle the day-to-day paperwork for American Express. Being in UP means we deal with a lot of local folks who just walk in or call about their accounts. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just how it is around here, but we manage to keep things moving regardless. My own desk is usually covered in folders and a half-finished cup of tea. People know us as the office near the main market area. We try to keep things simple because life is complicated enough as it is. There’s no big corporate vibe in this room, just a few of us trying to get the work done before it gets too late to head home. Sometimes the heat gets to be a bit much in the summer months, but the old fans keep the air moving well enough. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy, just the address and our daily work. It’s quiet in the afternoons, which is when most of the actual filing finally gets finished. We have seen the neighborhood change a lot.
