Lf-2, 736 Shalimar Garden Ext-1. Ghaziabad is a busy place, and this corner of it is no different. We spend most of our time at the office handling various overseas trade matters. It’s not a big corporate setup with glass walls; it’s just a practical space where we keep our files and take our calls. There’s usually a lot of noise from the street outside, which is just part of being in Shalimar Garden. We deal with a lot of paperwork because shipping things across borders involves a lot of rules. Some days we are just sitting here waiting for a confirmation from a supplier or checking on a container that’s stuck somewhere. It can be stressful when things don’t arrive on time, but we just keep at it. The office gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, and we are constantly cleaning the desks. We know the local tea seller quite well by now. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, check the emails, talk to the transporters, and try to make sure everything is where it needs to be. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait around, but we usually find something else to do. It’s a basic operation but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We’ve been at this address for a while and most of the locals know where 736 is. It’s a decent spot for what we do. We keep a few spare chairs for when someone drops by to talk.
