Amar Singh Verma

Amar Singh Verma is based in Shashi Garden, which is part of Phase I in Mayur Vihar. Our address is C53. It’s a busy little neighborhood with lots of people moving around. We have a small office here where we handle everything. It’s tucked away a bit, so you have to look for the C53 marking. We’ve been here in Mayur Vihar for a good long time. The space is a bit cramped sometimes because we have a lot of stuff packed in. But it’s ours and it works. We don’t have any big signs or bright lights. Most people who come here already know where we are. We sit at our desks and do the work that needs doing. There is always tea on the stove and someone talking about the news. It feels like a local spot because that’s exactly what it is. We aren't trying to be anything big. We just provide what we can from this little corner of Shashi Garden. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with the traffic, but you get used to it. We keep the doors open when it’s nice out. It’s just a regular workplace for regular people. We have been around long enough to know the faces of the people who walk by every morning. The street life here is always interesting and we feel like a real part of the community.
