Aleem Alvi

Aleem Alvi is based over in DLF Phase III, at S 55 19. If you know Gurgaon, you know how busy it can get, but our little corner here is relatively straightforward to find once you get the hang of the lane numbers. We’ve been using this space for a while now to run our daily operations. It isn’t a high-rise office building with a fancy lobby. Instead, it’s a more personal space that suits the way we like to work. There are a few of us here every day, and we mostly spend our time on the phones or typing away at our keyboards. We keep things pretty low-key. There aren't any big mission statements on the walls or anything like that. We just have our calendars and a few photos of our families on our desks. The furniture is a bit mismatched, but it’s comfortable enough for a full day’s work. Sometimes we order lunch from the small places nearby and just eat at our desks while we talk about the day. We don't have a marketing department, so most people hear about us because someone they know mentioned Aleem Alvi. It’s a very human way of doing things, and we prefer it that way. We just want to do our work well and get home in time to avoid the worst of the evening traffic. It's a decent life here in DLF Phase III and we're happy with how things are going for our small group.
