Ady Apparel Privatelimited is located over in the Shyam Industrial Area, specifically at Plot No. 5. Loni-Ghaziabad is where we have been operating from for some time. It’s a real industrial vibe around here, lots of noise and dust, but that’s just how it is. We work on making clothes and apparel. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy place where the work gets done. We have machines running most of the day. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing a sewing line. It gets hot in the summer, but we keep going. People who work here live nearby mostly. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just trying to keep the orders moving out the door. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or big signs. Most of our time is spent on the floor checking the stitching and making sure the colors match up right. It’s hard work and it’s messy sometimes. We deal with suppliers and transport guys all day long. Getting trucks in and out of Loni can be a headache with the traffic, but we are used to it by now. Sometimes we grab lunch from the stall down the road because nobody has time to cook. The traffic in Ghaziabad is no joke, especially when we are trying to get a shipment out on a Friday afternoon. Everyone is in a hurry. We just do our best.
