Yumm Biryani

We have been at the Aashirvaad Shopping Complex for a while now. It's right in Sector 104, Noida, across from Path Way School. We mostly just cook biryani. It’s what we know. The kitchen gets hot, especially in the summers, but that’s just how it goes when you’re making food. People from the offices nearby and sometimes parents from the school come in. It’s a small shop, number 18. We don't have a lot of fancy seating or anything. We just keep the pots going and try to make sure the rice is cooked right every day. Sometimes we run out of things early if it's a busy Tuesday. Noida is a fast place, but here at the complex, things feel a bit more relaxed. We keep things simple. No big menus or confusing options. Just biryani. We’ve lived around here for years, so we know the area well. It’s nice to see the same faces coming back. It’s not a big corporate chain. It’s just us in the kitchen, making lunch and dinner for whoever walks in. We hope the food tastes like home. That’s what we try for. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but inside it smells like spices. It's a decent spot to grab a meal. We like being part of this neighborhood. We just do our work and go home.
