Yaarana Property Private Limited is located at D-1/174B in the Aravali Apartment complex. This is right in Sector 52 of Noida. It’s a very residential part of Gautam Buddha Nagar, and we like it that way. Being in an apartment building makes the whole business feel a lot more personal. We aren’t some big, faceless entity in a skyscraper. When you come to see us, you’re basically coming to our neighborhood. We’ve been working out of this Sector 52 office for some time now. Most of our day is spent on the phone or meeting people who are looking for something in the 201301 area. It gets a bit cluttered in here sometimes with all the files and notes we keep, but we know where everything is. We don’t put on airs or try to act more important than we are. We’re just local residents who happen to know a lot about the property market in Uttar Pradesh. The atmosphere here is pretty laid back. We might be wearing casual clothes and drinking way too much chai, but we’re always focused on the task. People around here know us, and we like having that kind of relationship with the community. It’s just a normal office run by normal people who want to do a decent job every day.
