United Estatemart

You can find United Estatemart over in Vikaspuri at KG-1/16. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite some time. It’s a residential area mostly, so we talk to a lot of families. People are looking for houses or trying to sell their old ones to move somewhere bigger. We sit in the office and go through listings. It’s a lot of back and forth. Sometimes a deal goes through quickly, other times it takes months of talking. We don't mind. We have a lot of tea and wait for the right person to show up. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to get work done. We know the blocks in Vikaspuri like the back of our hands. We can tell you which parks are nice and where the traffic gets bad. That’s the kind of thing people want to know. We don't use a lot of technology, mostly just our phones and a big notebook where we write everything down. If you come by KG-1/16, you’ll see we’re just regular folks. We don't wear suits unless we have to. It’s a local business through and through. We help our neighbors and they help us by telling others we’re here. It’s a slow and steady way to work, but it suits us just fine. Most days start with opening the shutters and sweeping the front.
