Aashiyana Propmart Pvt Ltd is situated at Sector 16 B 21/22. This is a very well-known part of town, and we have been lucky to have our office here for quite a while. Sector 16 is always moving, and we are right in the thick of it. We deal with all kinds of property, from small flats to bigger commercial spots. Our office is a bit old-fashioned, with wooden desks and lots of paper files stacked up. We don't use much technology besides our phones and an old computer. It works for us, though. People come in with their families, and we sit down and talk about what they need. We try to be honest about the prices and the condition of the buildings. If a place has issues, we just say so. It saves everyone time in the long run. We spend our days going back and forth between different apartment blocks. We know most of the guards and the local shopkeepers by name. It feels like a small village sometimes, even though it is a big city. We don't have a mission statement or any of that. We just help people buy or rent places. Sometimes it is busy, and sometimes we just sit and wait for the phone to ring. That is just the way the property business goes in Sector 16.
