Sevenec Realtors is based over in Sector 135 of Noida. We’re in Tower 1 of the Assotech Business Cresterra complex. Our office is 510, up on the 5th floor. It’s a big complex with a lot of different businesses. Sometimes it takes a minute to find the right elevator if you haven't been here before. We've been in this office for some time. It’s a decent space with enough room for our desks and a small area to meet people when we need to. Noida has grown so much lately, and Sector 135 is part of that growth. There’s always some construction or new road work happening nearby. From the 5th floor, you can see quite a bit of the surrounding area. We aren't a massive corporate firm with a lobby full of statues. It’s just a regular office where we do our daily work. We spend a lot of time on the phone and looking at maps of the area. It gets a bit quiet in the afternoons, which is nice for focusing. We try to keep things simple and honest. No one here is wearing a suit unless they absolutely have to for a meeting. We just want to get through our list of things to do and make sure everything is handled correctly. It’s a busy life but we like it here in Tower 1 of this complex, dealing with the daily grind.
