X Estate Private Limited is located over in Sector 122 of Noida. Specifically, we’re in Flat No 4D on the 3rd floor of Block No 1 EWC. It’s a bit of a specific address to find, but once you’re here, it’s a nice, quiet place to handle business. We’re in the 201301 area of Gautam Buddha Nagar. Working from a flat on the third floor gives our office a bit of a homey feel, which we actually prefer over those glass-and-steel high-rises. It feels more grounded. We spend our days dealing with various estate matters across Noida and the rest of Uttar Pradesh. There’s usually a pot of tea going and a lot of maps or documents spread out on the table. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone telling us how to sound professional. We just talk to people like neighbors. If someone has a question about a property, we give them a straight answer based on what we’ve seen on the ground. Sector 122 is a good spot because it’s a bit away from the heaviest traffic, but still close enough to everything. We’ve been operating from here for a while now, and it suits our style. We’re just a small group of people working hard and trying to keep our clients satisfied without any of the extra fluff.
