World Bites Restaurant

Being in Sector 62 in Noida means we see a lot of office people throughout the day. We are tucked away in B Block, specifically at Rn 15. The Bank of Maharashtra is right there, so that’s a good landmark for people who get lost looking for the unit. We also get people coming over from Fortis Hospital because it’s just a short walk away. Usually, the visitors look a bit stressed or they are in a big hurry. We try to get things done quickly for them. The building we are in is okay, but it is nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, we have a few tables and some fans that hum all day long. The Noida heat in the summer is no joke, so we try to keep it cool enough. We aren't part of some huge chain of restaurants. It is just a local business run by a few of us who live in the neighborhood. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to do everything by hand on little slips of paper. It gets a bit chaotic during the lunch hour when the offices let out. Everyone wants their food at exactly the same time. We just do our best to keep up with the crowd. We don't have fancy uniforms or a big marketing plan. We just put out the sign every morning and hope for a good day. It is mostly quiet in the evenings once the offices close.
