Walking Street resturant

We are over in Sector 104 in Noida, right in Hajipur Village. It is a bit of an interesting spot because we are right opposite Pathways School. You get a lot of parents coming in after they drop their kids off or while they wait for school to end. The village area has its own vibe, a bit different from the shiny high-rise parts of Noida. The restaurant is not too fancy, we just have regular tables and chairs. I started this place because I liked the idea of having a restaurant near the school. We have a few guys in the kitchen who have been with me since we opened. Sometimes the street outside gets blocked by school buses, which makes it hard for our delivery guys to get out. We just deal with it as it happens. The menu is mostly stuff that families like to eat together. I spend a lot of time sitting at the back, doing the accounts or talking to the vegetable vendor about the prices. It gets a bit noisy when the school bell rings, but otherwise, it is a fairly steady place. We try to keep the place cool with the AC because Noida gets so incredibly hot in the summer months. It is not a perfect place, the walls could probably use a new coat of paint soon, but people seem to like the food well enough to keep coming back.
